this is one of the regular problem on sees in updated Internet Explorer browsers.
to solve this.. just follow this steps and you will be able to open and use your BSNL ERP ESS LOGIN as usual:
Open the IE browser
Go to the "TOOLS" menu
Go to "Compatibility view settings"
now ADD "bsnl.co.in"
and close the menu
Now simply refresh the BSNL ERP-ESS login page
And you will be able to use it.
